This group of materials forms a component of the Department of Special Collections' African American History Collection. The collection contains material documenting the creation of the College for Struggle, and includes one recruiting pamphlet, copies of course descriptions, donation forms and lists, minutes from a community planning meeting, curriculum information forms, a grant cover letter from the Glide Foundation, correspondence, and a statement from the College's 1971 inauguration.
